Looking for a Church Home?

At CrossPointe Community Church, we exist to exalt the supremacy of Christ in our life together as a community of his followers. If you love Christ and are looking for pure teaching from His Word and a loving, close-knit community, you may be at the end of your search.

Here’s what we at CrossPointe believe God teaches us about the church, and what we strive to live out in our community:

    * God has called Christians out of the darkness of sin and instructs them to join together as a family and community so that they will display his love and glory to the world around them (John 13), encourage and support one another (Heb 10), and together grow into the likeness of His beloved Son, Jesus Christ (Eph 4). Just as Christ poured out his life to love, serve, and redeem the Church, so we are instructed to likewise love and serve his Body (John 13). He has given you gifts and graces that He wants you to use in service of His people. And He has given others in the church gifts and graces to serve you, so that we all might be a holy people, unified, and pleasing to God.

This goes a step further: there are many who claim to follow Jesus, calling themselves “Christian” and yet do not follow his instructions. This is an oxymoron. It should be self-evident that there’s no such thing as a “non-practicing Christian” or a Christian who refuses to follow Jesus’ commands. If that describes you, do not deceive yourself because Jesus says, “My sheep hear my voice, and I know them, and they follow me. I give them eternal life, and they will never perish, and no one will snatch them out of my hand.” So wrestle with Jesus; do you hear his voice and follow him? Anyone who will follow him, He will never turn away but instead give them eternal life. But those who do not obey his voice have no claim on a relationship with Him. What prevents you from beginning the journey and new life of following him today?

If you have been straying from Him, you can humble yourself, asking forgiveness, and be reconciled to him.
